Desiree Krech, M.A.,Ed.,D.G., has over 20 years of experience in the jewelry industry. She is a graduate of The Gemological Institute of America, GIA, the world’s foremost authority in gemology, diamond grading, and jewelry education.  Ms. Krech is fluent in grading and selecting pearls, colored gemstones and is considered a diamond expert by trade. In association with Southern California based McClave Jewelers,  Ms. Krech can offer clients a variety of services from gem selection and appraisals to design and setting.  McClave’s two locations in the Ventura and Los Angeles County areas, provide convenience for local customers along with in-store services, such as cleaning and repair for those most favored pieces in your collection that may need a little touch up. However, Ms. Krech can assist clientele from across the country and work with them to find the perfect gem or item via photos, email and phone!
